Frequently asked questions and answers

  • Can I block my card for online purchases?

Yes, if you have one of our private cards, you can choose to block your card for online purchases by logging in to My Eurocard and managing your settings under Card Services / Purchase Settings. The possibility of completely blocking online purchases is not possible for business cards.

Regardless of which card you have, we recommend that you keep the default setting: Safer trading online. Your card is then always open for purchases on websites with Mastercard Identity Check and for subscriptions such as Spotify and Netflix. Other purchases may be denied.

Should any online purchase be denied, you will receive an sms with information on how to unblock the card to make the purchase. Make sure that you always have your mobile phone to hand and that we have your mobile number registered on My Eurocard. The cardwill then be opened up for online purchases for one hour so you can complete your purchase.

As a customer, you are always protected against financial losses - whether you've chosen to open the card permanently or just for a while - as long as you've handled the card according to the terms and have not been negligent with the card.

  • What is the due date for the next Eurocard invoice?

Here you find the cut off dates for our general billing for our private cards. If you have a corporate card, you can contact us or the card administrator at your company for information about your cut of dates.

  • Can I pay my Eurocard invoice via e-invoice?

With e-invoices you avoid the hassle of paper invoices and OCR numbers. You receive the invoice directly to your internet bank where it is then stored for 18 months. Easy for you - and environmentally friendly.

To connect Eurocard to e-invoices, log in to your internet bank.

    • Sign up for the e-invoice service.
    • Find the desired recipient by entering the name, Eurocard, and clicking on search, or search through a drop-down menu.
    • Click "Register". You are now linked to our site, outside your internet bank.
    • Fill in the details and click on "Send" and you'll receive a receipt directly on the screen.
  • The PIN code for my Eurocard is locked. What should I do?

If your credit card PIN code is locked, you don't need to order a new Eurocard. Call customer services and we'll help you. Make sure you have your card to hand when you call.

NOTE! For security reasons, we do not take credit card information via email.
