  • The PIN code to my Eurocard is locked. What should I do?

    If your PIN code is locked, you don't need to order a new Eurocard. Log into the Eurocard app/Eurocard Pro app, choose "Check my PIN code" and your code will unlock.

  • I've forgotten the PIN code for my Eurocard. What should I do?

    You can easily see the PIN code for your Eurocard by logging into the Eurocard app/Eurocard Pro app.

  • Can I choose my own PIN code?

    Yes, with Eurocard you can choose your own credit card PIN code that is easy to remember. When you receive your card for the first time, you can choose your own PIN code free of charge.

    If you want to change the PIN code later on, you can easily change your PIN code at an ATM. If you cannot visit a place with an ATM you can order a new card (for a cost). We will then send you a confirmation letter with information on how to easily choose your own PIN code. Once you have received the letter, you must choose your PIN code within 10 days.
