Tired of the hassle with travel expense reporting? With the app Eurocard Pro reporting is quick and easy directly on your smartphone. A great way to save both time and money.
Many companies still rely on far too complicated routines for expense reporting. This means employees are forced to spend valuable time on sorting receipts and filling out forms – which in turn leads to frustration and, quite often, errors in reporting.
– Eurocard has developed the app Eurocard Pro especially for smaller businesses that don’t have their own expense management systems. With the app you can report expenses whenever and wherever you want; in the hotel, on the train, the bus or at a café. Enabling you to do your expense reporting – with minimal effort and fewer errors – before you even return from your business trip, says Patricia Scott, responsible for the offer to small and medium-sized companies at Eurocard.
Everybody knows that it pays to keep track of company expenses
- Smart receipts
- Eurocard Pro
This is how it works: When you pay with your Eurocard your purchase will immediately become visible in the Eurocard Pro app. Paper receipts are scanned with your smartphone, so that they can automatically be paired with the transaction in the app. You can also import pdf-receipts and pair them with the transactions.
Eurocard Pro converts currency when you pay with your card abroad. The app can also calculate milage via the built in map function in your smartphone. This means that all of your expenses can be managed in one place. Expenses are quickly and efficiently sorted by, for example, project or client. And when you are done reporting you can email it to the administrator. It doesn’t get any easier.
Did you know …
- The average time spent on managing an expense, varies from a few minutes to almost an hour if you compare the most and the least efficient companies.
- 80 percent of employees prefer expense management to be as automated as possible.
