Why It’s Smart to Pay with Vipps

• Lightning-fast, contactless payment with your phone by double-clicking/opening the app.

• No fees – just like regular Vipps payments.

• All your cards in one place – up to eight in the app.

• You choose which card to pay with – whether shopping online, sending money to someone, or paying in-store by simply holding your phone near the terminal!

How to Get Started (if the card is not already added to Vipps)

1. Register your card:

• Open the Vipps app → Profile → Accounts and Cards.

• Tap "Add card" and fill in your card information.

• You can add up to eight different cards in Vipps.
  Once added, your card is ready for online shopping or sending money to another person.

2. Activate for tapping:

• On the home screen in Vipps, tap “Activate now.”

• Follow the steps and set Vipps as your default payment app (there’s an explanation in Vipps).

3. Your card is now ready for tapping:

• iPhone: Double-click the side button, and Vipps Tap is ready. You can also open the Vipps app and tap using the app.

• Android: Unlock your phone,
  hold it near the payment terminal — just like tapping with a plastic card — done!
