We have the add-on module flexible limit – how does it work?
With flexible limit you can:
- set an account limit based on amount, geography and branches - this limit will be the default limit on all cards connected to the account
- set individual limits on cards based on amount, geography and branches - these limits can be set as higher or lower than the account limit.

We have e-admin and wish to apply for statistics. What do we do?

Are our company invoices available in e-admin?
Yes, your company invoices are available in e-admin and you find those under "account activities". Invoices are stored for one year.
Invoices for Norwegian cards and accounts are not currently available in e-admin but they will be launched in the near future.

How do I update an address or a mobile number for a cardholder in e-admin?
You are not able to change an address or a mobile number for a cardholder in e-admin due to security reasons. You should inform the cardholder to update their personal information in the Eurocard app or by log in to My Eurocard.
If that is not possible, you need to address us. Please use the contact form in e-admin and provide the following information:
- contract number
- name of cardholder
- the address and/or mobile number you wish to change to

Can we apply for a virtual card in e-admin?
No, you can not apply for a virtual card in e-admin.

Can we access a list of cardholders in e-admin?
Yes, cardholder lists are available on account level.

We wish to move a card to another agreement or entity. How does that work?
If a card needs to be moved from one account to another under the same organization number, please use the contact form in e-admin and we will assist you.
It is not possible to move cards with corporate liability between different organizations. Please use e-admin to apply for a new card and for closing the old card.

What is the difference between e-admin and Eurocard Portal?
E-admin and Eurocard Portal are both web-based administration tools that help you to administer the company's cards and accounts.
E-admin is only available for companies that already utilize the service. If you are already using e-admin, you can continue as before.
During next year all customers will be able to switch to Eurocard Portal and we will contact you when it is possible to change to the new service.

How do I terminate my e-admin access?
If you want to terminate your e-admin access, please use the contact form in e-admin, stating user ID and the end date and we will assist you.
