Accessibility statement for My Eurocard

This statement describes how My Card complies with the requirements set out in the European Accessibility Act (Lagen om vissa produkters och tjänsters tillgänglighet (2023:254)) in Sweden. About My Eurocard – description of function and design

On My Eurocard, you get a clear overview of your card and your recent purchases. You can easily see your current balance and available credit, as well as review transactions, account statements, and invoices. There are also features for, for example, applying for an additional card or changing your spending limit. 

The main features include:

  • A navigation menu for accessing different parts of the card information  
  • Display of current balance, available credit, and completed purchases  
  • Access to account statements and invoices  
  • Forms for, for example, applying for an additional card or changing the spending limit

The website is responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. It has been developed with a focus on clear structure, easy navigation, and support for assistive technologies in accordance with accessibility requirements.

How My Eurocard works for different needs and known issues

For users who are blind or have visual impairments:

  • Screen readers and screen magnification software work with the website’s content.  
  • It is possible to navigate using a keyboard.  
  • Sufficient contrast between text and background.  
  • Text can be enlarged without content disappearing or becoming difficult to interpret. 
  • The page structure is semantically correct, with headings, lists, and forms. 
  • Features can be accessed and used via keyboard and screen reader.

Known issues:


Some PDF files have insufficient support for assistive technologies such as screen readers.

For users who are deaf or hard of hearing

  • The website does not require sound to be used.

For users with reduced mobility

  • It is possible to navigate and use the entire website using only a keyboard. 

Known issues:


Focus indicators are missing on the site, making it difficult for users to see where the focus is located.

For users with cognitive impairments:

  • The website uses language that is as simple and clear as possible.
  • The structure is logical and consistent.
  • Information is presented in multiple formats, such as bullet points and tables.

How we have tested accessibility

The website’s accessibility has been reviewed using both automated tests and manual testing with assistive tools. The tests were conducted by internal specialists using accessibility tools.
