Will I get a new card number on my new card?
Yes, if you get a new card, you will also get a new card number.
For corporate cards you can find the details about your card in the AirPlus App.
For private cards you can find the details about your card in the Spendwise App.
Please remember to activate your card in the App when you have received a new card.
Can I use my personal card for job related expenses?
We recommend that company expenses always should be separated from private expenses.
What is the benefit of having a corporate card compared to a private card?

What happens with the outstanding balance?
Depending on which solution you convert to, the outstanding balance will either be moved to your new card or then you will continue to pay the invoices for your closed card.
Does the company always have to receive the invoice if the card has corporate liability?
No, you can also decide to send an individual invoice to your respective cardholders.
Why has our company received information about a company negotiated personal card, even though we don’t have an active agreement?
This may be because your company previously had a corporate agreement with Eurocard that included such cards. Even though the agreement is no longer active, the cards may still be in use – for example, by current or former employees. This information is being shared to ensure transparency and to prepare for upcoming changes.
What will happen to the company negotiated personal cards going forward?
All such cards will be deactivated, regardless of whether your company currently has an active corporate agreement or not. Each cardholder will be contacted individually for further information. The goal is to ensure that only relevant and advanced card solutions are used going forward.
We no longer have an active corporate agreement or a working solution for expense handling – what can we do?
You're very welcome to apply for a new corporate solution through AirPlus. We offer advanced card solutions with corporate liability, providing better control, improved data security, and more efficient expense management.

We currently use the Smart Receipt service. How do I terminate or transfer the service to our new cards?
If you decide to cancel your card, the service will automatically be terminated.
If you have applied for a card with corporate responsibility, please contact us so we can ensure the service is transferred to the new cards.
