Cardholder dispute

As a cardholder you can come to us for help when you wish to dispute a card transaction or withdrawal, if you for instance:

  • Have been charged for a transaction twice or haven´t receive your goods.
  • Your card is stolen or lost.
  • You have purchases or withdrawals not made by you.
