StopService
You can always feel safe if anything should happen to your card, at any time of day. You can block your card in our app, in My Eurocard or by calling us. But with our Platinum cards you also have an extended card blocking service with StopService.
With StopService you can easily block all your cards, mobile phone and valuables with one single call – at any time of day. You can also register valuables such as your computers, jewellery and important documents. That way, you will have easy and quick access to an overview if you should lose something.
StopService also includes the services ID protection, Key Service, Emergency cash and Safety decals.
With our Platinum cards, the StopService is included free of charge. You will get information about the service sent to you together with log in details by e-mail and letter.
