It is an additional service where airline tickets are invoiced after the trip has been completed.

Corporate card
My employer does not want to use this service, but can I still order the service for my card?
No this is an additional service, which is ordered by the company and includes all cards in the compay agreement.
My card is not linked to a company agreement, can I stille use this service?
No unfortunately, this is an additional service for corporate customers and the agreement is enter into by the firm.
Can the service apply for selected cardholders?
No all cardholders will be covered by the agreement.
I have booked a travel with departure in the future but the transaction has already been invoiced. Why?
The transaction may be missing the departure date and then the trip will be invoiced on the first invoice. Log in to My Eurocard and send a message with the departure date, then the customer service will help you.
I have booked at ticket with departure in the future and I have been charged the Book now – pay later fee, but the trip has been cancelled. Will the fee be credited?
No the system does not take into account whether the ticket is used or not. The fee will be charged together with the flight ticket in connection with the first invoicing after the registered departure date.
I have booked a ticket with departure in the future and have been charged the fee, but the trip was cancelled and the flight ticket is credited. Do we also get the Book now – pay later fee credited?
The fee will be credited, but is does not happen automatically. Please contact customer service and show the credit for the trip, and then they will help with the credit.
When is the Book now – pay later-fee billed?
It will be invoiced on the first invoice after departure date.
Where do I see the Book now – pay later-fees that has been charged?
The fee is stated in the transaction overview under airline transactions.

I have booked a travel with departure in the future but the transaction has already been invoiced. Why?
If your inquiry concerns a travel account, please contact our Customer Service.
I have booked at ticket with departure in the future and I have been charged the Book now – pay later fee, but the trip has been cancelled. Will the fee be credited?
No, the system will still keep the debit and credit promissory note from your travel agent until the departure date.
Where do I see the Book now – pay later-fees that has been charged?
The fee is charged on the same invoice as the airline ticket transaction.
