I have changed name; how do I receive a new card with the proper name?


For us to modify your name, it must be registered with the National Population Register before we can make any modifications.

Once this process has been completed, you will be required to send us a message with your name change. If you wish to order a new card immediately, this will be associated with a fee.

Go to the "Help" tab and then "Secure messages" to send us a message.
