I have changed my name, how do I receive a new card with the correct name?

To update your name in our system and receive a new card, your new name must first be registered with the Danish Civil Registration System (CPR-registeret).

Once your name has been updated in the CPR, please log in to the Spendwise app or website and send us a message confirming the change. We’ll then proceed with updating your details and issuing a new card.
