How do I log in to the Eurocard app?

You log in to the app using your personal Netbank ID, Face ID or Touch ID.

The Face ID or Touch ID authentication feature is activated by logging in to the app with Netbank ID.

Please note that it must always be your personal Netbank ID that you use to log in.

If you are not in possession of a Netbank ID, please contact your bank in order to obtain it.

I do not have a Finnish social security number
