What is Eurocard Portal?
Eurocard Portal is our web-based tool that helps you gain complete control over purchases and expenses. It is a user-friendly administration tool that gives you an overview of the company cards and accounts, as well as invoices and transactions.
In addition, you can apply for new cards and terminate cards that no longer is needed, for example if an employee leaves the company.
What is the difference between Eurocard Portal and Eurocard Portal plus?
Eurocard Portal and Eurocard Portal plus both provide access to our administration tool, in which you can manage your company's cards and accounts as well as order new cards.
Eurocard Portal is part of our corporate solution, where the company's administrators get free access to the tool and can handle cards and accounts themselves. In the Eurocard Portal you can e.g. see consumption and balances for your cards and accounts as well as invoices, payments and transactions etc.
Portal plus contain all the benefits of Eurocard Portal - as well as a whole lot of other functions such as the ability to limit cards and accounts on several different parameters, see a number of predefined statistics, get an overview of cards and accounts across all company companies / departments as well as free access to support and implementation support.
Eurocard Portal plus is for companies with more advanced control and management needs and has an annual fee.
How do we apply for Eurocard Portal for additional entities?
You need to fill in an application form for each entity. Please find the link to application below.
- How do we add more administrators?
How do I log in to the tool?
You will find log in at the top right of eurocard.com. Basically, we recommend that you log in with your NemID or NemID Ehrverv.
But you can also use one-time password by SMS to log in. If you make any changes to your mobile phone number, you need to contact us and we will help you.
Are company invoices available in the tool?
Yes, company invoices are available, and you find those under "account activities" . Invoices are stored for one year.
Invoices for Norwegian cards and accounts are not currently available, but will be launched in the near future.
How do I update an address or a mobile number for a cardholder in the tool?
You are not able to change an address or a mobile number for a cardholder due to security reasons. You should inform the cardholder to update their personal information in the Eurocard app or by log in to My Eurocard.
If that is not possible, you need to address us. Please log in to the tool and use the contact form, and provide the following information:
- contract number
- name of cardholder
- the address and/or mobile number you wish to change to
Can we apply for a virtual card in the tool?
No, you can not apply for a virtual card in the tool.
We have Eurocard Portal and wish to apply for flexible limit. What do we do?
In order to get access to flexible limit, so that you can set limits on more parameters besides amount 30 days - for instance geography and branches you need to fill in an application. The module will be added to all superadministrators.
We have Eurocard Portal and wish to apply for statistics. What do we do?
In order to get access to statistics, so that you can follow up on corporate spending, see if employees are aligned with company policy in terms of which suppliers to use and to follow up on spending within certain branches, you need to fil an application.
Can we log in to the tool access a a list of cardholders?
Yes, cardholder lists are available on account level.
We wish to move a card to another agreement or entity. How does that work?
If a card needs to be moved from one account to another under the same organization number, log in to the tool and fill out the contact form and we will assist you.
It is not possible to move cards with corporate liability between different organizations. In that case you need to fill out a new application and close the old card.
We have the add-on module flexible limit – how does it work?
With flexible limit you can:
- set an account limit based on amount, geography and branches - this limit will be the default limit on all cards connected to the account,
- set individual limits on cards based on amount, geography and branches - these limits can be set as higher or lower than the account limit.
How do I terminate my access to the tool?
In order to cancel your access, you will be required to contact us.
