Will it be feasible to use a virtual card for the recurring payment of e.g. advertisements on Facebook and Google?
Yes, a virtual card is an excellent solution for the handling of recurring payments.
We currently have the option to limit our corporate cards, can we do the same with our virtual cards?
Yes, if you have the module flexible limit in e-admin/Eurocard Portal you can also limit virtual cards. If you do not have access to this service, you can contact us for more information.
- We have lost our card information, what do we do?
I have lost my customer ID how do I get a new one?
If you as an administrator for the virtual card have registered your social security number, you do not need a customer ID. In this case you use your BankID or mobile BankID to log in to the Eurocard app to see purchases, invoices and to verify purchases.
If you only have a birth date registered, contact us and we will send you your customer ID again.
If your company has access to e-admin/Eurocard Portal you can log in to find the information under cardholder details/personal ID.
We have applied for virtual card but have not yet received any card information.

Why do we need and administrator for a virtual card? Why can’t we have a virtual card without linking it to a specific person?
There needs to be a person (an administrator) to administer the card. It is the administrator who is responsible for the card information and who can verify purchases when needed.
Can we have several administrators for one virtual card?
No, you can only have one administrator per virtual card. We recommend that you apply for additional virtual cards, e.g. one per department.
- How do we change administrator for a virtual card?
How can we see the transactions and balance for a virtual card?
As the card administrator, you use the Eurocard app to see all transactions and your balance. You also need the app to verify certain purchases.
You easily log in with your BankID or mobile BankID. If you don’t have a social security number, you can use your customer ID that you were given when applying for the card.

What is the difference between a virtual card and a Single-Use Account?
Both services are virtual cards that you can use for purchases, without a physical card. The difference is that with a virtual card you use the same card information every time you make a purchase, while a Single-Use Account generates card information for single use purposes.
