What should I do if I cannot add my card to Apple Pay?

If you have problems adding your card to Apple Pay, first check that:

  • Your device is compatible with Apple Pay.
  • You have the latest versions of iOS, iPadOS, WatchOS and MacOS.
  • You have an internet connection.
  • You have the most recent or second most recent version of the Eurocard app.
  • You are logged in to iCloud on the device.
