How do I file a card dispute?

You have the possibility to get help from us if a purchase or withdrawal on your Eurocard has gone wrong.

If the dispute is related to a withdrawal or purchases on a lost or stolen card, you will be required to block your card immediately if you have not already done so.

If the card is stolen or lost, you must also file a police report and attach a copy when filing a dispute. You should also file a police report if your card has been used in any unauthorized way.

When you have disputed a card purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 10-15 minutes. This e-mail includes a number that you need to save in case you need to contact us again.
