How do I use the hole-in-one insurance included in my platinum card?

If you have a Eurocard Platinum or Eurocard Corporate Platinum,you could receive a premium of SEK 5,000 when you make a hole-in-one.
The celebration must take place on the same day, and at the place where the Hole-in-one was achieved.
Hole-in-one must be confirmed with a score card signed by the player and marker and certified by the golf club.
