I do not wish to receive a new Eurocard after the conversion – what should I do?

If you have received a letter stating that your Eurocard corporate card is being converted to a Eurocard with private liability, but you do not wish to receive the new card, you must cancel your current card in the AirPlus app.
You will find the cancellation function under the menu option "My Card".

If you have an additional card, please contact customer service.
