I have been debited from iTunes, Google or PlayStation, I do not recognize these transactions, what do I do?

First and foremost, you as a cardholder need to contact the company, regardless of whether you have an account or not. 

If you are unable to receive any support from the place of purchase, you are entitled to file a dispute with us. You will be required to attach a copy of their written response when making a dispute.
