I have received a new card, how can I activate it?
Due to security reasons you have to activate your card before you can start using it. Before you make your first purchase online, you must first have activated your card in the app or on My Eurocard. However, if you make your first purchase in a store, the card is automatically activated the first time you make a purchase with your PIN code.

What should I think about when it comes to credit card security?
Here are some good tips for card security:
- Treat your card as the high-value product it is.
- Take special care with the card if someone grabs your attention, for example in a market or at an ATM.
- Never share information about your PIN code
- Always check the amount before approving a purchase. Once you have entered your PIN, you have approved the purchase.
- When you receive your invoice, check that the amounts match your receipts.
- Do not disclose card numbers, codes or personal information via email or SMS.

Can I choose my own credit card PIN code?
Yes, with Eurocard you can choose your own PIN code that is easier to remember.
Call our customer service to choose your own credit card PIN code. Make sure you have your card nearby when you call.
We will then send you a confirmation letter which includes instructions about changing your PIN code. After receiving the letter, you will have ten days to change your PIN code.
Note! For security reasons, we will not communicate or accept credit card information via email.
