Frequently asked questions and answers

  • My PIN code is locked. What can I do?

    Your incorrect pin attempts will be reset by making a cash withdrawal in a Otto ATM with the correct pin code.

    After this the card will work as normal.

  • Can I choose my own credit card PIN code?

    Yes, with Eurocard you can choose your own PIN code that is easier to remember.

    Call our customer service to choose your own credit card PIN code. Make sure you have your card nearby when you call.

    We will then send you a confirmation letter which includes instructions about changing your PIN code. After receiving the letter, you will have ten days to change your PIN code.

    Note! For security reasons, we will not communicate or accept credit card information via email.

  • I've forgotten the PIN code for my Eurocard. What should I do?

    You can see your PIN code in our app or in My Eurocard.
