  • My PIN code is locked. What can I do?

    If you have forgotten your PIN, it's not necessary to order a new card. Call customer service and we will help you. Keep your card at hand during the call.

    N.B. For security reasons we cannot receive card information by e-mail.

  • Can I choose my own credit card PIN code?

    Yes, with Eurocard you can choose your own PIN code that is easier to remember.

    Call our customer service to choose your own credit card PIN code. Make sure you have your card nearby when you call.

    We will then send you a confirmation letter which includes instructions about changing your PIN code. After receiving the letter, you will have ten days to change your PIN code.

    Note! For security reasons, we will not communicate or accept credit card information via email.

  • I've forgotten the PIN code for my Eurocard. What should I do?

    You can easily see the PIN code for your Eurocard by logging into My Eurocard.

    Access your PIN code by identifying yourself with your electronical banking ids.
