Frequently asked questions and answers
-
Can I block my card against purchases abroad?
We strive to offer our customers the most secure and simple solutions possible. Unfortunately, at present, we do not provide the opportunity to block cards abroad, but we are closely following developments. As our customer, you are always protected in the unlikely event of any financial losses, as long as you have not been negligent with your card.

-
Should I choose EUR or local currency when paying with my credit card abroad?
When you travel abroad, you may sometimes be asked to pay in Swedish kronor. We always advise our customers to decline this option and pay instead in the local currency. The local exchange rate usually does not offer the same value as the one used by Eurocard.
Here you can see the exchange rates we use on purchases made abroad.
