I have booked a trip through a travel agency that has gone bankrupt, what should I do?

If you have ordered a flight or package tour through a travel agency that has gone bankrupt and you have paid with your Eurocard, you have the option of making a dispute to us, in order to possibly get either a full or a partial refund.

Attach relevant documentation to your dispute, such as

  • Booking confirmation.
  • Confirmation that your trip has been cancelled.
  • Any e-mail correspondence with the travel agency.

If your trip has been cancelled while you are at your destination, you must also include receipts for any additional payments you have made to the hotel.
