What does it mean to pause the card?
When you pause your card, it means that your card can no longer be used for transactions in physical stores, online shops, or via digital wallets such as Apple Pay/Samsung Pay.
Please note that you will still be charged the annual fee for the card, and charges may still occur for ongoing subscriptions, pre-authorized transactions, and offline purchases.
Your card can be paused and unpaused in the Eurocard app, you will find the function under "My Card."
Please note that if you have lost your card, we recommend that you block it and order a new one.
