Can I verify my identity over the phone?

If you have received a message from us stating that we are missing your identification details, and you already have a Danish social security number linked to your account, we ask you to verify your identity via the Eurocard app or My Eurocard. 

If, on the other hand, you obtained a Danish social security number after receiving your card, you can contact customer service and complete the verification process by phone. 

Please ensure you have your MitID ready for the verification process.
