Yes, you can also set a limit to the Purchasing Account if you have the flexible limiting service in e-admin. If you do not have access to e-admin, contact us to learn more about the service.

If you are an e-admin administrator, you can block the card and order a new. If you do not have access to e-admin, you contact customer service for assistance.

Why do we need an administrator for the Purchasing Account? Can't we have the account without linking it with a specific person?
A physical contact person (an administrator) is required as the recipient of account information as well as customer ID. In addition, the administrator's mobile number is used for purchases that are approved via 3D Secure.

Can more than one administrator be linked with the Purchasing Account?
No, you can only have one administrator per Purchasing Account. If you need more than one administrator, we recommend that you apply for several Purchasing Accounts, e.g. one account per department.

How do I view transactions and balances within the Purchasing Account?
The administrator can log into My Eurocard to view transactions and balance. You find the login information in our letter providing you with account information.
The person in charge of e-admin can also view transactions and invoices in e-admin.

What is the difference between a Purchasing Account and a Single-Use Account?
Both services are virtual cards (i.e. no physical plastic card attached) with which you can pay purchase transactions. The difference is that with a Purchasing Account you use the same account information every time whereas, with the Single-Use Account, a new card number will be generated for each purchase.
