  • Can I close my card for purchases abroad?

    We always work to provide solutions that are as safe and simple as possible for our customers. Eurocard currently does not offer the option to deactivate the card for purchases abroad, but we are constantly assessing this. As a customer, you are always protected against financial losses as long as you have not acted negligently.

  • Should I pay in local currency or Danish kroner when using my Eurocard abroad?

    When using Eurocard abroad with another currency, you may be asked if you want to pay in Danish kroner. We recommend that you decline and instead pay in local currency. Eurocard usually has better exchange rates than the stores do. See what exchange rate is used when converting your purchases abroad to Danish kroner.

  • Can I withdraw foreign currency at an exchange office?

    Yes, you can withdraw currency in an exchange office, please note that it is considered a cash withdrawal and includes any fees that come with it.

  • How do I gain access to the VIP lounges?

    To gain access to our VIP lounges, you must have a platinum card which gives you membership to Priority Pass and access to over 1,000 VIP lounges worldwide.
