I have lost my customer ID, what should I do?

If you do not have your customer ID available, you can contact your company's administrator for assistance. If the administrator is unable to assist you, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Please note, that only customers without a Swedish social security number have been assigned a customer ID. If you have a Swedish social security number, you must log in to the app using your BankID.
