  • Where can I see the receipts for my purchases?

    All receipts are kept by the store and not by Eurocard. However, now you can save and store your receipts digitally using the Eurocard app so your digital receipts always can be found.

  • Where can I see my Eurocard invoices?

    Do you need balance or transaction information before your Eurocard invoice arrives? Log in to My Eurocard or download the Eurocard app so you can always stay up to date.

  • What is the due date for the next Eurocard invoice?

    Here you find the cut off dates for our general billing for our private cards. If you have a corporate card, you can contact us or the card administrator at your company for information about your cut of dates.

  • How long is the payment period for an invoice from Eurocard?

    The payment period for your invoice is normally 10 days from the time you receive your invoice from Eurocard until it expires.

    It is possible to extend the payment period with an additional 10 days at a cost.

  • Can I extend the payment period for my invoice?

    It is possible to extend the payment period by another 10 days, which increases flexibility if you're abroad, for example. You can also choose whether your invoice is due for payment at the end of the month or approximately 10 days into the following month.

  • Can I pay my Eurocard invoice via e-invoice?


    With e-invoices you avoid the hassle of paper invoices and OCR numbers. You receive the invoice directly to your internet bank where it is then stored for 18 months. Easy for you - and environmentally friendly.

    To connect Eurocard to e-invoices, log in to your internet bank.

    • Sign up for the e-invoice service.
    • Find the desired recipient by entering the name, Eurocard, and clicking on search, or search through a drop-down menu.
    • Click "Register". You are now linked to our site, outside your internet bank.
    • Fill in the details and click on "Send" and you'll receive a receipt directly on the screen.
  • Can I pay a Eurocard invoice via direct debit?

    Yes, you can pay your invoice from Eurocard via direct debit.

  • Who can set up a direct debit payment of a Eurocard invoice?

    Direct debit can be connected if you have Eurocard Gold, Eurocard Platinum or a business card with personal payment responsibility. Companies can apply for direct debit if you have a business card where the company is responsible for payment.

  • How do I pay off my card without my invoice?

    No, we recommend that you only pay according to the invoices we send out.

  • Can I pay my invoice from abroad?

    Yes, you can pay your invoice from a bank abroad, but you'll need our SWIFT address and IBAN number:

    The SWIFT address is ESSESESS
    The IBAN number is SE655 0000 0000 58131000087

    Don't forget to enter your OCR / invoice number as a reference or a message.

  • Why is VAT not stated on all my purchases?

    We are not liable for VAT accounting, but the store where you have shopped is. That's why VAT is not stated on all purchases on your invoice. It is up to the store whether they choose to report VAT to us or not. That's why you will have to turn to your receipt to keep yourself informed on the VAT.

  • How do I change my personal information?

    If you change your address via the National Register, the information we have will be updated automatically.

    If you want to change your address to something other than the one you are registered with, you can log in to My Eurocard with mobile BankID and send your new address via secure messages. You can also send us a signed notification of this to us. Don't forget to enter the contract number.

    In the case that you have changed your name, the same rules apply as above. Log in to My Eurocard and send your new name via secure messages.

    When you log in to My Eurocard you can see and change your phone number and e-mail address yourself. Please check that the information is up-to-date so that we can be sure that we can get in touch with you.

  • Can I receive my invoice via email?

    No, for security reasons we are not allowed to send invoices by email. However, you can register for e-invoices for your card instead.

  • What do I do if I do not want to receive invoice mail from you?

    We are accountable for this, and it is therefore not possible to cancel invoice mail. If you do not want to receive any paper invoices from us, you can register for e-invoices for your card instead.

  • Are you registered to Kivra?

    No, we're not registered to Kivra. At the moment, we can't answer if, or when we'll register to this service.

  • Can I receive my invoices to Kivra?

    No, you cannot have your invoices sent to Kivra. However, you can register for e-invoices for your card instead.
