Part payment

Here, we've gathered everything you need to know about part payment of Eurocard invoices.

Frequently asked questions and answers

  • Who can sign up for part payment of their invoices?

Those who have a private Eurocard can choose part payment of invoices, and this also applies to purchases made with any family cards.

You can also pay part of your invoice if you have one of our business cards with personal payment responsibility, provided that your employer has agreed on part payment for its employees.

Please note that you must have applied for a partial payment on your card to be able to part pay the invoice. You can apply and receive answers directly by logging into My Eurocard.

  • What is part payment?

To pay your invoice in installments you must have a part payment option on your card. Eurocard's installment payments cost nothing extra, and you only pay interest on the months when you choose not to pay the entire invoice.

You can choose a part payment of at least SEK 10,000 (max. 20% of your annual income).

There is still no fixed upper purchase limit for how much you can trade with your Eurocard.

  • How do I apply to make part payments on my invoice?

You can apply for, or edit, part payments and get answers directly by logging in to My Eurocard. Please note that if you have a family card then you cannot apply via My Eurocard. You must fill in an application and send it to us at Eurocard.

  • How much of my invoice can be paid in part?

You decide yourself how much you want to pay when the invoice arrives, at least 5% of the invoice amount (at least SEK 100) as long as it fits within your part payment option. The minimum amount to be paid is clearly indicated on the invoice from Eurocard. You can of course pay the entire invoice immediately. If, on the other hand, you have purchased beyond your credit limit, this amount must also be paid.

    Example:
If you have a credit limit of SEK 20,000, and have made purchases of SEK 25,000, you can only make a part payment of SEK 20,000 of the total invoice amount.
This means that when you receive the invoice of SEK 25,000, you must pay at least SEK 6,000 (SEK 20,000 x 5% = SEK 1,000 and SEK 5,000, which is the amount that exceeds your credit limit).

If you had made purchases of SEK 20,000, the minimum payment amount would be SEK 1,000 (SEK 20,000 x 5%).

  • How much does it cost to make part payments on my invoice?

Opting for part payment to be able to pay your invoice costs nothing extra, and you only pay interest on the months when you choose not to pay the entire invoice.
