  • Can I block my card for purchases abroad?

    We strive to offer our customers solutions that are as safe and simple as possible. At present, we do not provide the opportunity to block cards abroad, but we are closely following developments. As a customer, you're always protected against financial losses, as long as you have not been negligent with the card.

  • When abroad, should I pay with Eurocard in the local currency or with Swedish kronor?

    Customers who are abroad can sometimes be asked if they want to pay in Swedish kronor. We always recommend that our customers answer no, and pay in local currency instead. The store's prices are usually worse than the ones used by Eurocard.

  • Can I withdraw foreign currency at a currency exchange office?

    Yes, but withdrawals at a currency exchange office are counted as a cash withdrawal and come with additional costs.
