You must block your card and file a dispute as soon as possible if you have noticed unauthorized purchases or cash withdrawals, in order to prevent further transactions.

Remember to file a police report if your card has been stolen or lost, and attach a copy to your dispute case.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an ID number approximately 10-15 minutes after sending your dispute to us. It is important to store this ID number for future reference when contacting us.
