What should I do if I have not received my order?

You should first and foremost contact the place of purchase and inform them that your order has not been delivered. If they do not answer or do not want to help you, you have the possibility to file a card dispute. 

If a delivery date has been issued, you will be required to wait until this date has passed before filing a dispute. If no delivery date has been stated, we will not be able to assist you before 30 days has passed from the purchase date.

For us to proceed with your dispute, you must specify that you have contacted the company. We would therefore advise any communication between you and the company to take place in writing. Also attach any documentation which would support your dispute, for example an order confirmation.
